Carolyn Shojaat Entrepreneur and one of the initial founders in 1999 of Global Tech Services, Inc. Currently President,
Certified Targeted Small Business (TSB) since 2008, Finalist for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the
Year Award - Central Midwest Region, 2006, Board member - Casa Hogar of Iowa., Former assignments
include the Iowa Attorney General's Office and a Private Law Firm. Thirty two years experience in
corporate recruiting/interview examinations, research and development, contracts and sensitivities,
internal/external policies, human resources and executes finance and resource management. Extensive
assignments in projects of investigative and background reviews, employs a variety of interviewing,
communication techniques and negotiation concepts. Continues to manage and administer service

Mike Shojaat
Entrepreneur and Founder of Global Tech Services, Graduate Iowa State University - BS and MS
degrees in Electrical Engineering, MBA - Nova SE University, Ft. Lauderdale, FL., Complete Doctoral
Studies in International Business. Thirty two years experience contributing to operational/management,
quality marketing control, pricing, technical expertise in engineering, sales, implementation of
organizational structure. Experience with Aviation Industry and leading competitor in markets of Research
and Development, Sales, Domestic/International Trade, Transportation and Information Technology
disciplines. Strong emphasis on customer satisfaction, resolutions and retention. A business/service
model of minimum response time, innovation, efficiency and quality by employing measures of excellence

Mike Stanfel
Joined Global Tech Services in 1999 as the Director of Professional Services. He has over
sixteen years of experience in the information technology, services, and marketing fields. Mike currently
directs the internal/external operations of the company, which include client development, job requisition
management, consultant/recruiter relationship building, business planning, and driving sales. Additionally,
he acts as a liaison between the client and Global Tech Services internal design, implementation,
and operation teams. Mike's role is to support his team in articulating the client needs and facilitating
a customized solution that will meet their objectives. A native of Des Moines, Iowa, Mike earned a
bachelor's degree in marketing from Drake University. He is married with two boys and a girl. "The price

Heidi C. Steenberg
Earned her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree from Marquette University and is currently the
Human Resources and Accounting Manager for Global Tech Services. For six years prior to joining
Global Tech Services, she was an insurance broker, acting as a liaison between insurance companies
and large corporations, recruiting new brokers to the firm, training new employees, and preparing sales
and marketing presentations to clients nationwide. Heidi has been a leader with Global Tech Services
for the last eight years. Currently, she oversees the Human Resources and Accounting departments,
manages recruiting, and also assists in the leadership of the business development and marketing

Santina Stanfel
Has a diverse background in accounting, education and customer service. She joined the Global
Tech Services team in September 2002 as special project coordinator. Her role encompasses extensive
areas of the daily operations of various companies in information technology, as well as in the aviation
industry. She welcomes opportunities to provide steadfast quality service to clients, vendors, and also

Shannon Moss
Earned her Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the
University of Northern Iowa. Before joining the Global Tech Services team, Shannon worked for Black
Hawk County in the Human Resources Department maintaining county personnel records and training
new department employees. For Global Tech Services, Shannon will primarily be recruiting new contacts
and consultants to better serve the clients of GTS, as well as maintain communication between all

Micayla Evers
earned her Master of Arts degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Northern Iowa.
In addition to her education, Micayla joins the Global Tech Services team with a background in recruitment, selection,
and training. Prior to joining the GTS team, Micayla worked for The CBE Group in the
Human Resource Department and at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare in the Volunteer Services Department.
During both of these positions, Micayla was involved in recruitment of new candidates,
conducting pre-screen and formal interviews and assessing applicant fit and placement to a
variety of positions. Micayla will be primarily responsible for recruiting new consultants
that will match the direction and mission of the GTS clients. "Consult not your fears but
