	Carolyn Shojaat President of Global Tech Services, Inc., twenty-eight years of experience that includes information technology, management, finance, law, writing, sales, customer service, research and development, communications, domestic and international aviation trading, contracts and human resources. In 1999, she and Mike Shojaat founded Global Tech Services in West Des Moines, IA. Currently, Carolyn operates Global Tech Services and continues to utilize her entrepreneurial skills in leadership, technical solutions, company growth and building a network of individuals to serve and deliver exceptional service to the customer.
	Mike Shojaat CEO and Founder of Global Tech Services, has been serving for the past twenty eight years in the engineering, sales, operations, marketing, and information technology fields. He has held management positions in Sales, Marketing, International Trade, Transportation and Information Technology disciplines. Mike places an emphasis on understanding customers' business needs and has an ability to deliver customer satisfaction through quality solutions. Mike is a firm believer in building transformational relationships between customers and suppliers through innovation, commitment to excellence, and service beyond expectations. Mike has Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration. He has also completed doctoral studies in International Management.
	Mike Stanfel Director of Professional Services, has over fourteen years of experience in the information technology, sales, services, and marketing fields. He has been part of the Global Tech Services team since 1999. Mike’s professional career has encompassed working at AT&T telecommunications networking division as a sales executive, sales and marketing manager at Gear for Sports in Kansas City, and senior sales associate at Briggs Corporation. Currently, Mike directs the entire sales and marketing strategy/vision within Global Tech Services. He is a firm believer in creating and building client partnerships through innovation, integrity, responsiveness, and sincerity. He earned his B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration from Drake University.
	Heidi C. Steenberg Human Resources and Recruiting, has nine years of experience in education, insurance, and business related fields, specifically in Marketing, Human Resources, and Recruiting. Prior to joining Global Tech Services, she was an insurance broker, acting as liaison between insurance companies and large corporations. This role also involved recruiting new brokers to the firm, training new employees, and preparing sales and marketing presentations to clients nationwide. Currently, she oversees the Human Resources and Recruiting departments at Global Tech Services. She earned her B.A. degree from Marquette University.
	Santina Stanfel Santina has a wide background in accounting, education and customer service. She joined the Global Tech Services team in September 2002 as special project coordinator. Her role encompasses extensive areas of daily operations with various companies in the aviation industry utilizing her skills in accounting, written communication and oral communication. Her 20 years of experience in the education field where she conducted a Lunch & Learn Series provides numerous opportunities to ensure quality customer service to various vendors and potential customers.
	Jessica Pontier Recruiting Coordinator, has earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Iowa State University in 2002. Prior to joining Global Tech Services, Jessica worked as an Account Executive in the office interiors industry. Her previous experience has included working in higher education in the Recruiting and Human Resources field. Her background in education and professional experience has given her the ability to excel with the Global Tech Services Team.
	Jacque Shoeman Marketing & Adminstrative Assistant, has an extensive background in administrative support and customer service. Prior to joining Global Tech Services, Jacque worked as an executive assistant in the healthcare industry and agricultural finance area. Her detail-oriented background includes board of director support, communication, coordination and community events planning.
	Michael Tran Michael Tran has an extensive background and credentials in IT, specializing in Microsoft Windows, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Exchange and IIS Server and security networks. He completed an educational degree in High-Tech computer and is a Microsoft Certified Professional. He has fifteen years of experience in system support, maintains satellite offices and expertise in system and network administration. Mike joined Global Tech Services in 2003 as manager of IT, utilizing cutting-edge technology, to assure a reliable and accurate exchange for our vendor and customers.
	Jessica Ellingson Recruiter & Communication Associate earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Corporate Communication with minors in both Marketing and Management from Simpson College. Prior to joining Global Tech Services, Jessica worked in the Interactive Media and Publishing industry in addition to having several internships throughout her college career. Her previous experience in marketing and communication along with her motivation to succeed will allow her to excel at Global Tech Services.
	Jesi Menter Recruiter & Customer Relations Associate earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing with a minor in Corporate Communications from Simpson College. Before joining Global Tech Services, Jesi worked in the marketing and promotion fields of the music industry in New York City. She was also actively involved in several college organizations which helped to make her the well rounded professional she is today. Her education, experiences and determination make her a valuable asset to the Global Tech Services team.
