GTS was a complete unknown to me when they sought me out for a contract bid at the State of Iowa in October 2009, but I am now very glad they found me and I am fortunate to have them as a partner.  There are just too many contracting firms in the market that lack the capital to weather lean times or even cover the gap between when the contractor must be paid and when the client pays.  GTS is an exception.  This is immediately obvious when you visit the office in West Des Moines.  Instead of the usual Spartan “package office”, the GTS premises match what you might expect for a tier one consultancy.  I have found the team at GTS to be competent, cheerful, and caring.  GTS keeps top of the consultant-client relationship and always has a pleasant greeting for me when I visit the office.  All together, it has been a nice contrast to my prior engagements.
